Refund policy

At Palo Santo Ecuador, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer no-hassle returns on most items (unused) in their original packaging. To qualify for a return, the package must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date.

Refunds are issued 10-14 business days after the package is received.

We recommend insuring your package and noting that postage and insurance fees are non-refundable. If you have lost your packing slip, please include your name, address, and order number (if available).

Please note that some products are non-returnable, including books, media, card decks, bath and body products, final sale items, tea products, and other food items. Any additional products marked as non-returnable on the product listing are also non-returnable.
